As a sector, Telecommunications continues to face diversity challenges. However, we remain committed to find ways to address the gender imbalance within Maintel.
We are pleased that our pay and bonus gaps have narrowed year on year, to the lowest overall levels to date. Like many organisations within our industry, our gender pay gap reflects our higher proportion of males within our commission-based sales roles and more senior, more highly remunerated roles. Equally, we recognise the gap still exists and we are not complacent.
We have made positive steps and remain committed to addressing our gender pay imbalance in the years ahead, through an inclusive approach to attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining talent.
